Can Lagos save Africa?

16/06/2016

With a population of 21 million, Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria and on the African continent. The megacity is one of Africa’s financial hubs but, despite its growth and the country’s vast oil reserves, life remains very difficult in Lagos. Its people have to contend with government corruption while local politicians promote the development of civil society. BOZAR has invited Governor Ambode, town planners and artists to talk to us about Lagos. Don’tmiss this special event looking at Nigeria’s society.
