Views on my Neigbourghood

21.06 > 31.08.2012

“Views of my neighbourhood” is the result of a weekly workshop conducted during a period of six months. Young adults of the municipality of Sint Joost Ten Node explored their urban environment and its architectural diversity. In the expo they will present their personal views of a multicultural neigbourhood, views that go beyond prejudice to contrast the riches of its diversity. Urban landscapes, streetscenes, and portraits contribute to a vivid picture of a territory situated between the skyscrapers of the European community and the typical Brussels family homes. The photographs will be presented outside in the quartier Madou.
